Camping at James River State Park

We spent Halloween weekend at James River State Park. It’s a lovely State Park with large campsites, (we had water and electric at ours) river access, and good hiking. Friends with a camper met us there, so we got two days of conversation with other adults, a rare treat in a pandemic. It was comfortably cool during the day and downright cold at night. The camper has heat though so it was fine.
