Virginia adopted my health insurance reform plan

Back in 2017 I wrote a criminally under appreciated blog post in which proposed a reorganization of healthcare reform around the concept of government serving as a reinsurer.

Today, this paragraph appeared in the Richmond Newspaper.

The assembly approved a compromise on Saturday to create a reinsurance program that would lower health insurance premiums by paying separately for people with extensive medical conditions that drive up claims.

Should I announce my candidacy for Governor now?
