An unexpected reminder

It was game night at Casa de O'Donnell this evening. Breck won Ticket to Ride then I won Rummikub. However opening the Rummikub box brought an unexpected memory. In it was a ballpoint pen and a notepad from the Embassy Suites in Charleston that we stayed at in December. Every night we were there we'd grab a table in the Atrium and play games between trips to the bar. That trip was exactly 4 months ago. It feels like 4 years.
