I figured it was time to get rid of the Christmas lights. The current header image is from the atrium of the National Museum of the Marine Corps. I thought the shadow of the diorama was sort of cool.
In other news, Skip has Lyme Disease. Because we caught it on the first day he was symptomatic, the prognosis is good. We have not seen any of the lameness issues that can accompany Lyme. High fever is the only symptom that we have seen so far, and he is back to near normal temps now. He is a little touchy around the stomach area too. That may or may not be Lyme related. It’s not getting any worse so we are just watching it for now. The Vet is due out next week to go over his treatment plan for Skip.
