Rampant cheating on standardized tests

So, teacher pay, school accreditation, and student graduation are all tied to fill-in-the-bubble tests in Texas, and school officials are shocked that there may be cheating in their establishments. Interestingly, the cheating appears to be most prevalent at public funded charter schools.

All the schools were cleared when no school official admitted to cheating.
