The Dean also said that VCU wants to be “the first choice for homeschooled students who wish to continue their post-secondary education in engineering,” and that the school recognizes “the unique value of the homeschooling experience in preparing students for success in engineering.”
4 or 5 years ago people would ask me if I was worried about the difficulties of homeschoolers and college admissions. I always answered that the trend was clearly in homeschoolers favor and that the challenges would work themselves out long before I had to worry about it. I called that one
