the entitlement people feel to comment negatively on other people’s choices consistently astounds me. grocery-store skeptics (as referenced in that article) abound, it seems.
if i ever questioned homeschooling, its coming from my background of experience (and relation to) public school teachers. but what kind of blowhard would i have to be to tell someone else what choices to make for their child, “for the child’s sake”?
and how many of these grocery-line meddlers ever actually do something when they see a child or woman really being abused? the same people more than happy to walk up to a homeschooling parent and spew their crap will stand like scared bunny rabbits when a scene of violence actually takes place in front of them. i know because i’ve seen it.
